Journey to Homeownership: Being a Good Neighbor
The City of Wichita has important rules and regulations designed to ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for all residents. These guidelines help protect property values, foster neighborhood harmony, and promote public safety.
In this session, you'll learn:
- The responsibilities that come with homeownership
- How local ordinances contribute to a stronger community
- Simple actions that make a big impact
- Practical tips for resolving conflicts peacefully
- Ways to support your neighbors and address common concerns
Together, we'll explore how being a thoughtful, engaged neighbor can elevate everyone's quality of life—and help make Wichita a place we're all proud to call home.
