Construction Site Supervisor

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of multiple residential construction projects. This position leads daily field operations, coordinates subcontractors and volunteers, manages construction activities, ensures quality standards are met, and supports a positive build experience for future homeowners and community members.
Working closely with the General Contractor, this role serves as the on-site leader responsible for making day-to-day field decisions, maintaining project progress, promoting safety, and ensuring homes are completed in alignment with Habitat standards, building codes, schedules, and budget expectations.

Special Projects Coordinator - HFH Housing Stability & Community Programs

The Special Projects Coordinator supports Wichita Habitat for Humanity’s strategic priorities by coordinating programs, strengthening partnerships, supporting families, and advancing initiatives that increase housing opportunities in our community.
A primary focus of this position will be coordinating Wichita Habitat’s role in the Tapestry initiative, a collaborative community effort designed to connect families with resources that support housing stability. This position will work closely with community partners, internal teams, and participating families to coordinate services, track progress, identify barriers, and help create pathways toward long-term success.
The Special Projects Coordinator will also support organizational initiatives related to homeowner services, program development, construction pipeline planning, land acquisition efforts, workforce development, and process improvement.
