No. Financial education classes and workshops are not an eligibility requirement to Wichita Habitat's homeownership process. However, attending classes and workshops as part of a family partner's sweat equity requirements will be part of the homeownership process.

No. Our classes and workshops only cover the pertaining information about the selected financial education topic.

Visit our events webpage, click on an available topic and date of interest, then click "Register." After you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are registering for an online class or workshop, the email will include the link to join.

No. All classes and workshops are FREE and open to the public.

Our classes and workshops are typically one- to one-and-a-half hours long and they include a Q&A session.

Yes! We encourage you to to tell your family and friends to attend the financial education classes we offer. Please remind them to register on our website; however, if you forget, they can still show up and we will make sure to mark their attendance.

Yes. Our classes and workshops include handouts with information and resources related to the topic.
