Financial Foundations: Financial Pitfalls & Attitudes

In this class, you'll uncover the common causes of financial setbacks and learn practical ways to avoid them. You’ll explore how your money mindset shapes your choices, identify your personal "money attitude," and build strategies to resist pressure, avoid rushed decisions, and stay in control of your spending.
Wichita Habitat for Humanity offers FREE financial literacy classes for everyone in our community. Join us to gain the confidence to manage your money and the inspiration to own your future.
Some of the things you'll learn:
  • Learn to manage your money with confidence.
  • Take back control of your budget after a financial setback.
  • Understand the mechanics of credit to make debt work for you.
Registration is required. Attending an educational course is free and we advise arriving on time as these sessions will start within 5-10 minutes after the start time.
NOTE: Due to limited space and to ensure a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children younger than 12 years old.
