Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service Build 2026
In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s vision of a Beloved Community, Wichita Habitat for Humanity invites you to participate in our annual MLK Day of Service.
On Monday, January 19, over 150 volunteers will come together to frame two, three-bedroom homes. In just one morning, you'll help build and raise all of the interior and exterior walls.
Come be a part of this special day and help us build homes, community, and hope right here in Sedgwick County. No construction experience is needed, and we'll provide all the necessary tools. Volunteers ages 10 and up are welcome to help!
