Unlocking the Door to Homeownership: Lawn Maintenance

Do you wonder what type of grass would be the best for your yard? Learn about steps for successful planting and discover the different types of grass, how much water they need, how and when to fertilize, and the basics of mowing your lawn.

This is a required course for family partners.

Wichita Habitat for Humanity offers FREE homebuyer education classes for our family partners and anyone in the community who wants to learn about money management, the home buying process, how to maintain your home, safety, and many other helpful topics.

Registration is required. Attending an educational course is free and we advise arriving on time as these sessions will start within 5-10 minutes after the start time.

NOTE: Due to limited space and to ensure a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children younger than 12 years old.
