Women Build brings women from all walks of life to address the housing crisis that many families face in the City of Wichita. We welcome all to advance building and sustaining affordable homeownership for low-income families. No experience is required!

2024 Sponsorship Opportunities

Mark your calendars from March 1-July 13, 2024 (with our Power Lunch kicking off on February 22, 2024) as Wichita Habitat for Humanity launches our Women Build in Wichita, KS! Throughout this time, we will have opportunities for you to demonstrate your commitment to affordable housing, engage yourself or your team in community action, and help Wichita Habitat raise vital funds in support of affordable homeownership and home repairs.

Get your organization involved! Your company can support Women Build as a sponsor, creating a unique opportunity for your employees to make a direct impact in the communitites where they live and work through various group volunteer activities.

Our 2024 Women Build Family

Indaka isn't just building a house; she's laying the foundation for a childhood bathed in stability and joy. As a young, determined mother, Indaka's heart beats for her son, Elijah. Diagnosed with autism, Elijah struggles with the anxieties of change. These challenges echo Indaka's own childhood experiences—limited space, shared resources, and constant moves.
