Throughout this time, we will have opportunities for you to demonstrate your commitment to affordable housing, engage yourself or your team in community action, and help Wichita Habitat raise vital funds in support of affordable homeownership and home repairs.

Meet Indaka
Our 2024 Women Build FamilyIndaka isn't just building a house; she's laying the foundation for a childhood bathed in stability and joy. As a young, determined mother, Indaka's heart beats for her son, Elijah. Diagnosed with autism, Elijah struggles with the anxieties of change. These challenges echo Indaka's own childhood experiences—limited space, shared resources, and constant moves.
