We will hold in confidence all information concerning donors and prospects, including addresses, names of beneficiaries, nature and value of estates, amounts of provisions or gifts, etc., unless a donor or prospect grants permission to use selective information for purposes of referral, testimonial, example, recognition, or publicity. Donor names are listed in various newsletters and the annual report, unless we are notified specifically about their wish to remain anonymous.
We will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise offer information about donors to other organizations.
We contractually require any person or organization providing services to Wichita Habitat for Humanity, to protect the confidentiality of donor information.
We have procedures in place to limit access to information by only those employees and volunteers who need to know such information in order to fulfill our mission.
We will use our best efforts to comply with the expressed wishes of any donor who does not want their name used in any promotional material, wishes their name removed from solicitation and other mailing lists, or wishes to have their gifts or services by anonymous.
We will collect, use, and share information about our supporters among employees and volunteers only on a need-to-know basis and for the sole purpose of carrying out Wichita Habitat for Humanity's mission.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments

What we collect and store
We collect personal information to support our housing programs and to aid you in obtaining such services from our organization. We collect personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information that we receive from you on applications or other forms;

- Information that we receive from personal and employment references.
Our donors will comply with our CRM fundraising and event management software privacy policies and donor information will be collected as necessary to support our mission. You may choose to remain anonymous or opt-out of any information you do not wish to disclose.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Event, Venue, and Organizer Information
If you create, submit, import, save, or publish Event, Venue, or Organizer information, such information is retained in the local database:
- Venue information: name, address, city, state, postal code, country, phone, website, geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude)
- Organizer information: name, phone, website, email
- Event information: description, time, date, cost, website, image
Importing Events, Venues, and Organizers:
- All data present within a CSV or ICS file and external URLs (for events, venues, organizers, and tickets)
- Import origin data (URL from where events are being imported—such as Eventbrite, MeetUp, other compatible URL sources, and more, which can include similar or same data as listed above)
- Ticket information: name, description, cost, type, quantity
Please note that to create new events through the Events submission form, a user must hold a website account on this domain. This information is retained in a local database. It is also possible to create events anonymously, if the website owner has this option enabled. When purchasing tickets, attendee, purchaser, and order information are stored and managed by the respective event website.
API Keys
We make use of certain API keys, in order to provide specific features. These API keys may include the following third-party services: Google Maps, MeetUp, PayPal, Blackbaud, Eventbrite, Wordpress, and more.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us, such as your name and contact information. Our team members have access to this information to help us fulfill our mission.

We accept donations through Blackbaud and PayPal. When donations a processed, some of your data will be passed to BlackBaud or PayPal, including information required to process or support the donation, such as the donation total and billing information.
