Unlocking the Door to Homeownership: Homebuying 101
Are you ready for homeownership? You probably have many questions about how the home-buying process works. In this class, we will discuss the benefits and responsibilities of owning a home, the steps to buying a home, and the key members of the home-buying team. We will talk about the cost of homeownership and how lenders determine your creditworthiness.
This is a required course for family partners.
Wichita Habitat for Humanity offers FREE homebuyer education classes for our family partners and anyone in the community who wants to learn about money management, the home buying process, how to maintain your home, safety, and many other helpful topics.
Registration is required. Attending an educational course is free and we advise arriving on time as these sessions will start within 5-10 minutes after the start time.
NOTE: Due to limited space and to ensure a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children younger than 12 years old.
