Our Impact
Stability and self-reliance. Healthy, happy families. These are the impacts of our homes.
The impact starts when a family is accepted into our program. They are required to put in hundreds of hours of sweat equity and take classes that focus on homeownership and financial responsibility. After purchasing their home, families tell us how their lives are changed. Kids, no longer crowded into bedrooms, have space to study and their grades improve. The home’s dining room provides a place for everyone to share about their day and become closer. Families start savings accounts. Children graduate from high school, often attend college and become homeowners themselves.
Since 1986, we’ve worked alongside more than 300 families as they build strengths, stability and self-reliance through shelter. Act. Get involved. Help us make a difference.
