Home Repair Assistant

Department: Home Repair Program
Reports to: Home Repair Manager, WHFH
Classification: Full-time
Primary Office Location: Wichita, KS

The Home Repair Assistant supports the Home Repair Coordinator in the applicant selection process for the Home Repair Program. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking repair services, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Key responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining accurate tracking systems and databases, and fostering strong, respectful relationships with applicants and clients.
