Unlocking the Door to Homeownership: Lawn Mower Maintenance and Safety
Like many homeowners, you may use a lawn mower to help maintain your property. Lawn mowers are helpful tools, but they can also be very dangerous. In this class, we will discuss safety when operating a lawnmower and trimmer. We will also learn how to keep your lawnmower and trimmer working well through regular maintenance.
This is an elective course for family partners.
Wichita Habitat for Humanity offers FREE homebuyer education classes for our family partners and anyone in the community who wants to learn about money management, the home buying process, how to maintain your home, safety, and many other helpful topics.
Registration is required. Attending an educational course is free and we advise arriving on time as these sessions will start within 5-10 minutes after the start time.
NOTE: Due to limited space and to ensure a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for children younger than 12 years old.
