Building a Legacy of Impact

Since 2003, ICM, Inc. and Wichita Habitat for Humanity have partnered to help make affordable homeownership a reality for families in our community. What began as a commitment to build has grown into a lasting legacy of service, with ICM employees contributing their time, skills, and resources to build homes and strengthen neighborhoods across Sedgwick County. Together, ICM and Wichita Habitat have helped families create a foundation for a brighter future—one home, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.
For ICM, giving back is more than a corporate commitment. It reflects a culture rooted in service, collaboration, stewardship, and a belief in using resources to help others thrive. As ICM celebrates its 25th Habitat home, this partnership stands as a powerful example of what can happen when a company and a community come together with a shared purpose: creating greater opportunity through affordable homeownership.

    For ICM, giving back means putting people and community at the center of what we do. Through this partnership betwen Wichita Habitat for Humanity and ICM, #TeamICM has rolled up their sleeves to help local families achieve the stability and opportunity that come with affordable homeownership.
    Over the past two decades, ICM employees have contributed their time, skills, and energy to building homes in Sedgwick County, turning an investment in our community into something families can carry forward for generations.
