The new volunteer course presents detailed information on a wide range of common safety risks found on and around the jobsite. From the tasks volunteers typically perform to safety hazards and more, the course provides thorough training that can educate volunteers before they even arrive on the job site.

Click on "Take Volunteer Course Now" icon on the right side.

Enter W8NAEBTG in the employee access
code box.

When the safety courses catalog screen appears, select the Volunteers course.

The course loads and starts automatically.

Watch and listen carefully!

When the presentation has ended you will be prompted to take a Quiz.

When you're ready to start the Quiz, click the green square icon to start.

Upon completion of the Quiz, you'll be given your accuracy score, indicating Pass or Fail. (Wichita Habitat for Humanity staff will not be given your score.)

If You Pass, you will be directed to a course completion screen.

If you Fail, you may log in again and retake the course at a later time.

On the course completion screen enter your First Name and Last Name in the appropriate fields. In the Location field enter -- Wichita Habitat for Humanity -- followed by the State.

Volunteer Information and Forms
BUILD SCHEDULE
First week of the build: frame walls & sheet; install rafters & sheet; felt roof; set windows & doors; install Tyvek.
Second week: finish roofing; install exterior siding; prime & paint exterior; insulate walls; hang sheetrock.
Third week: mud/tape/finish sheetrock; prime & paint walls and ceiling.
Fourth week: install cabinets & laminate flooring; hang interior doors; install trim; wash windows; clean house; prepare yard; plant grass and shrubs.
